Principal John Gowdie established the company in August 2004 to address a growing need for proven ‘hands-on’ construction and project management of complex major infrastructure as well as smaller commercial, industrial and residential projects.
Today, Gowdie Management Group has a strong presence on the Australian property development, project management and construction scene with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth employing 25 staff and an extensive network of trusted consultants nationwide.
Our team is committed to excellence and continually increasing our capabilities, which has allowed us to deliver projects of any scale, from prisons and pipelines to universities, residential and mixed use high-rise and resorts.
We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by delivering projects to the highest quality and safety standards through our customised approach, innovative solutions, stakeholder management and multi-disciplinary expertise.
