Gowdie Group to Build Devine's Gold Coast Tower

A builder has been appointed for a $353-million residential development on the southern Gold Coast. Developer David Devine's DD Living has selected Gowdie Management Group (GMG) to deliver the $535-million Burly Residences at North Burleigh. The appointment comes after site preparation works on the 2024sq m double beachfront site at The Esplanade, where groundworks for the 25-level development have been completed. GMG, established in 2004, operates across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Director John Gowdie has more than 30 years of construction industry experience. The 25-storey development comprises 101 apartments. Six-star resort and lifestyle amenity across two levels includes swimming pools, gymnasium, private cinema, dining facilities and more.
