James Gowdie

James has accrued valuable practical experience in project and construction management since joining Gowdie Management Group, working on several high-profile projects including the Raine Square high-rise (Perth) and the Hopkins Correctional Centre (Ararat) Expansion Project public-private partnership. He has led a consortium as Due Diligence Lead on behalf of Cladding Safety Victoria, completing due diligence inspections and Stakeholder reporting on residential buildings across Victoria for the rectification of combustible cladding. James excels in project reporting, due diligence, design and cost control, construction and facilities management, mixed-use commercial development and distressed asset management.
