Jay Hoy

Jay is a Project Manager with over 10 years’ experience in commercial and high-end residential construction across Queensland. A former apprentice carpenter (Apprentice of the Year) with an engineering degree, he brings a practical, engineering-driven approach to delivery. Jay was selected for McNab’s Future Leaders Programme, one of eight chosen organisation-wide, and led the delivery of Sunsets Caloundra, a nine-storey residential high-rise. He has worked across both tier-one and boutique builders.
