Joel Czislowski

Joel is a Project Manager with over 18 years' experience delivering some of Queensland's most significant commercial, residential and infrastructure projects, holding an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter and progressed through site management to project management, giving him a deep understanding of every stage of the construction lifecycle, from early planning and procurement through to final delivery. Joel has worked with Lendlease, Watpac and Hutchinson Builders, and thrives in high-pressure environments, drawing on strong stakeholder leadership to align design intent with practical execution. His notable projects include Amali Main Beach.
