KordaMentha appointed Gowdie Management Group to complete this three-storey commercial building in regional Victoria after it was placed into receivership. We began by auditing the project to determine the scope of works required to complete a quality, compliant building, then we re-engaged many of the original local subcontractors. We also worked with the existing consulting team to find opportunities to fix the previous builder's defective works in a cost-effective and efficient manner. The project including a ground floor foyer and cafe tenancy, lift access and 47-bay car park, was delivered ahead of schedule and within budget.
