Jade Apartments

Ernst & Young commissioned Gowdie Management Group to manage the completion of the Jade Apartments complex after it was placed into receivership. Located in the prestigious beachside suburb of North Ward in Townsville, the complex consists of 93 contemporary two and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and exclusive three-bedroom townhouses. In addition to the original brief, we were engaged to undertake project management of cyclone rectification works to selected apartments. We did this by utilising our extensive network of national subcontractors.
