National Storage Croyden

Gowdie Management Group managed the design and construction of National Storage's self-storage facility in Croydon, Melbourne. The project included 309 units across 4,781 square meters over two floors, with two goods lifts, an office, a reception area, 23 car parks, and three loading bays. Responsibilities included design development, approvals, tendering, contract negotiations, contractor engagement, and acting as the Principal's representative.
