Nirvana by the Sea

Nirvana by the Sea is a luxuriously designed apartment complex comprising of two and three-bedroom self-contained apartments with panoramic views of the Gold Coast's famous Kirra Beach. The high-end apartment complex was placed into receivership in December 2010. Receivers KordaMentha engaged Gowdie Management Group to project manage a defect review and rectification works to selected apartments within the complex to expedite their sale. Our team ensured rectification work was completed on time and within budget which facilitated the sale of all units.
