QUT P Block

Our team was appointed by QUT Facilities Management to provide project management and superintendent services during the construction and close-out phases for the access improvements to the P Block lift. The existing lift shaft was extended and the existing lift upgraded with a second lift installed and a new walkway was constructed linking P Block and B Blocks. The project was executed in a live operational environment which involved a complex construction methodology on a heavily constrained site including the removal of asbestos contained materials. Our team played a critical role during construction managing stakeholders including the main contractor and consultants.
