Viridian Noosa Resort

Leighton Properties appointed Gowdie Management Group to project manage this innovative and exciting project on the edge of Noosa National Park. Our role included acting as superintendent during lump sum civil works and project manager for the design and construction contract. The project comprised of eleven separate buildings that included the resort's central facilities, a conference centre, restaurants, health spa and various types of residential accommodation. The project was successfully completed in October 2009.
